After you place your order, we will do our very best in 48hrs to process it and ship it out. All orders are sent via FedEx / USPS with delivery confirmation, and an email with the Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our shipping locations.

Due to inventory limitations, some selected items may not be available at the moment your order is placed. In this case, we will contact you by phone and email within 24 hours to let you know and provide you an estimated delivery date for your order.

BuyDominicanCigars.com will only ship orders with the United States. We do not accept international orders. Any orders placed from outside of the United States will be cancelled.

Shipments to PO Boxes, FPO, APO, Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Upgrade options are not available. Insurance charges may be applied.

Shipping To the States Alaska and Hawaii are USPS Priority Mail only.
