Returns, exchanges and cancellations will only be accepted with prior authorization from one of our representatives. In order to return/exchange a package, contact us at 312-339-0347 to receive a RMA code and further instructions.

In case of returns, they will be accepted for damaged items or wrong items received only. For other reasons a 15% restocking fee will apply or, in some exceptional cases, store credit for a total amount will be granted. All changes or cancellations made via email will be disregarded. Shipping charges are NON refundable.
